What is it? You go with different calories everyday: 200, 400, 600, 800 then reverse 600, 400, and 200 totaling 7 days. Many people do this when they plateau or hit a weight loss brick wall.

  • Day 5: 600 calories
  • Day 6: 400 calories
  • Day 7: 200 calories

Do you see where I’m going with this? Good.

The ABC Diet (Ana Boot Camp)

What You Eat

The Ana Boot Camp Diet is a simple 50-day schedule listing the number of calories that the dieter is advised to eat. Calorie levels range from zero to 500 calories (one day only lists 800 calories), in an apparently random pattern.

The Cabbage Soup Diet

Basically you make cabbage soup everyday. Chop up onions, celery, cabbage and boil for about 45 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

The Fasting “diet”

This isn’t really a diet is more like complete starvation. You fast with 0 calorie liquids (that’s a fast, no food is involved people) after 3 or 4 days you “break” and eat under 500 calories for your break day. Then resume over and over again. Essentially you go into Ketosis. That’s where your body uses fat for energy and it’s referred to in low carb diets.

There really isn’t any other “diet”, or crashes more or less worthy to even be on this page. Those that are listed are used more than any other, and are trusted more often.
